At Jaffa Books, we offer standard service for every car you buy from us. We start by checking the oil filters and replacing it where necessary. 

We also check the radiator, cooling system and coolant to confirm that they’re working optimally. We also investigate terminals and the battery clamps corrosion signs. We look at the washer and wiper blades to check if they’re in their best condition. Another important thing we look at is the exhaust to ascertain that no damage has been done to it. We check fluid leaks and make reports for possible repairs. External and internal light undergo testing for operation and damage.

Under our magnifying glass, we put the steering and suspension because we understand that these are the key functions that determine the car’s performance. Not only these, but also the wheel bearings, driveshaft and tailshaft are investigated to ensure they’re operational and safe. We also test interior features such as the odometer, central locking and horns under careful inspection.

We also confirm tyre condition and Jaffa Books standard service will provide full report on size, condition, wear estimate, load rating of our premium cars. We check the pressure of the tyres including their spares and keep everything in tune with the relevant manufacturers’ requirements. We check the brakes too and ensure it’s fully functional.

We examine the pads for wear and tear and check the clutch’s fluid conditions. This is the same for the brakes, from their drums to the fluids and lines, everything is checked to ensure the vehicle can slow and stop as directed. Boots, wings mirrors, bonnets and all other exteriors undergo a test to confirm functionality. Here, we check for unusual smells, noises and leaks and investigate it thoroughly. 

We check every part of the car down to the seat belts and air conditioning filter to ensure that it’s in good condition.
